1.负责产品规划与功能迭代，涵盖用户体系、资源分发、游戏接入、玩法迭代等核心模块，主导产品 AI 化升级与能力建设； 2.基于用户洞察、行业趋势与前沿 AI 技术，输出可落地的 AI 产品方案； 3.构建AI 产品研发管线，打通需求、数据、模型、工程与运营全流程，提升整体研发与迭代效率； 4.通过数据分析，持续挖掘用户潜在需求，将洞察转化为产品策略，实现体验与业务指标双提升； 5.协同设计、研发、测试、运营等多方团队，推进项目落地与质量把控，确保产品目标高效达成。 1.本科及以上学历，2 年及以上互联网产品策划 / 产品经理经验，有平台型产品、AI 相关产品或游戏行业经验优先； 2.熟悉主流 AI 技术与落地场景，包括但不限于：智能推荐、AIGC、用户画像、智能运营、自动化工具链等，具备 AI 产品从 0 到 1 落地经验优先； 3.逻辑严谨，具备完整的产品架构能力与需求拆解能力，能独立完成产品规划、PRD 输出、项目推进与效果闭环； 4.数据驱动意识强，具备优秀的数据分析能力与用户思维，能从复杂信息中提炼核心问题； 5.沟通协调能力突出，抗压能力强，自驱力与责任心强，对 AI + 游戏 / 平台领域有深度热情与行业敏感度。
