1.负责炫舞手游二代核心3D角色资产生产专项攻坚与突破，提升管线生产效率的升级与迭代； 2.与策划、程序团队紧密协作，深入理解角色在游戏中的功能定位与表现需求，输出高校匹配的管线工艺提效方案与建设； 3.参与制定3D角色美术标准与规范，指导并审核外包及团队成员产出，保证项目美术品质的一致性与高标准； 4.持续跟踪行业前沿技术与美术趋势，探索创新的美术表现手法，为项目提供前瞻性的美术设计思路。 1.本科及以上学历，美术、雕塑、数字媒体艺术或相关专业背景，5年以上游戏行业3D角色美术经验，有成功手游项目主美或专家级角色制作经验优先； 2.精通3D建模软件（如ZBrush、Maya、Blender等）及贴图绘制工具（如Substance Painter、Photoshop等），具备高模雕刻、低模拓扑、UV布局、PBR材质制作全流程能力； 3.对人体结构、服装结构、色彩搭配及角色动态表现有扎实功底和独特审美，能够独立完成高品质角色从概念到成品的全流程制作； 4.具备优秀的沟通协调能力和跨团队合作意识，能够清晰表达设计理念并推动方案落地； 5.强烈的责任心与自我驱动力，能够在高压环境下保持高效产出，并持续优化个人与团队的美术生产效率。
