1.根据项目设定背景，进行游戏关卡设计和制作，包括但不限于PVP/PVE地图、AI、怪物、各类事件处理等； 2.独立进行初期关卡设计，使用3D引擎搭建白模关卡并验证可行性，确保内容符合生成要求和技术规范； 3.关卡制作完成后，根据线上数据和反馈来迭代优化并在后续设计中总结归纳设计经验； 4.对特定产品的关卡进行拆解分析，依据一定方法论进行可持续的关卡设计产出； 5.能够与LA深度合作进行关卡设计与制作，确保关卡内容在游戏性和视觉两个层面都能达到较高的水准； 6.能和文学、任务策划深入合作，完成任务关卡的搭建和叙事体验的落地。 1.热爱游戏，游戏体验丰富，3年以上游戏关卡设计经验； 2.至少参与过一款成功上线的3D游戏的关卡设计，有开放世界或战场LD经验者优先； 3.熟练使用UE4引擎者，有独立开发经验者优先； 4.有宽阔的行业视野，善于接受新事物，具备创新意识； 5.具备团队管理经验，有良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力，抗压能力强。
