1.理解用户在数据查找、口径确认、SQL编写等数据处理流程中的相关痛点，规划并推动相关的AI功能落地，包括但不限于Agent化的解决方案； 2.支持内部业务的经营分析、数据洞察、工程建设等事项，从中抽象相关的通用流程与基建，以此推动数据资产、数据分析等相关AI功能的产品迭代； 3.与算法、研发、数据等相关团队合作，推动产品从方案设计、原型验证到线上落地，并持续优化产品效果。 1.本科及以上学历，1 年以上产品/研发经验，有 B 端平台、数据平台、AI 平台、研发效能平台或企业内部系统产品/研发经验优先； 2.熟悉数据产品相关基础概念，包括数据源、数据资产等；对数仓架构、数据开发等开发流程有一定的了解；熟练应用SQL语言为佳； 3.具备良好的产品设计能力，能够独立完成需求分析、产品设计等工作，积极推动产品功能落地； 4.结果导向，关注 AI 产品的真实可用性、准确性、稳定性和业务价值；有毅力，具备较强的学习能力、主动思考能力及跨团队合作能力。
