职位描述： 1、 在芯片设计阶段， 从系统应用和调试角度参与芯片定义；2、在post silicon阶段，负责ddr bringup和validation，分析并解决在此过程中发现的问题；3、开发validation和debug所需的测试工具和脚本。 职位要求：1、 熟悉ddr协议，具有ddr5 bringup经验，至少熟悉LPDDR,DDR,GDDR,HBM协议中的一种；2、熟悉DDRC, DDR PHY的工作原理，熟悉JEDEC 规范；3、精通DDR的主要技术指标， 熟悉DDR的training flow及主要参数配置；4、熟悉实验室仪器，如万用表，示波器，协议分析仪，有ddr 高速信号调试经验；5、 熟悉一种或多种编程语言，如c/python/shell等；6、 有大芯片bringup经验或者大规模量产经验优先。
