1.负责游戏内赛季制玩法模式的设计与落地，包括但不限于赛季主题模式、限时玩法模式、以及具有独立规则体系的模式； 2.结合赛季周期，为不同模式设计对应的赛季任务、奖励节奏和开放节奏，维持赛季全周期的玩法新鲜感； 3.玩法设计过程中，关注规则逻辑、数值平衡、与关卡场景的配合、交互反馈及表现力； 4.跟进、分析玩法模式的数据（参与率、通关率、重玩率、单局时长、玩家流失点等），根据数据和反馈持续优化模式设计。 1.本科及以上学历，2年以上游戏策划经验，参与过完整的玩法模式设计及上线运营，有Roguelike类或具有随机性/重复可玩性模式设计经验者优先； 2.热爱游戏，对市面上主流游戏的玩法模式结构、随机性设计、成长循环、赛季运营有深入分析理解，有FPS/TPS游戏经验优先，有关卡与玩法配合设计经验优先； 3.有一定的数据分析能力，能通过玩家行为数据判断玩法模式的健康度，并快速迭代优化； 4.有良好的团队合作精神，能与关卡、系统、数值、美术等岗位高效配合； 5.抗压能力强，能适应版本节点冲刺节奏。
