1.负责游戏内战斗体验的设计与打磨，覆盖枪械手感、后坐力、命中反馈、TTK、移动/身法等核心 3C 模块； 2.主导武器、配件、护甲、投掷物等战斗物品的设计与验证，通过白盒 Demo、蓝图原型快速验证战斗手感； 3.跟进战斗相关数据（TTK、爆头率、命中率、武器使用分布等），基于数据与玩家反馈持续调优； 4.与关卡、数值、动作、音效、特效紧密协作，推动战斗表现层从策划案到上线的完整落地。 1.1 年以上战斗/系统策划经验，参与过射击类游戏的枪械或战斗相关模块设计； 2.深度体验过主流射击游戏（CSGO/Valorant/Apex/暗区突围/塔科夫/三角洲行动等），能对战斗手感做出精细拆解与对标； 3.熟悉 UE4/UE5 蓝图或类似可视化脚本工具，能独立或在指导下搭建战斗原型验证方案； 4.良好的手感与调优直觉，能将主观体验翻译为可量化的参数；具备良好的跨职能沟通能力与学习意愿。
