1.负责游戏战斗（枪械、近战武器、干员、载具、装备道具等）相关的设计，包括但不限于：设计游戏的核心战斗玩法内容与操作方式及负责战斗相关系统的设计、数值规划、平衡性调整等； 2.负责玩法相关的设计制作，包括但不限于：提出玩法相关的创意，并快速实现玩法的战斗及原型并验证及负责新战斗内容、玩法内容的制作，包含设计、制作、验收、复盘、迭代等全流程内容。 1.热爱各类游戏，尤其是主流射击类游戏，有丰富的游戏阅历，深入玩过多款射击类手游，且有较好的分析、理解能力； 2.有较强的文字表达能力，编写的方案要有较为严密的逻辑性和易读性； 3.有良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力，抗压能力强； 对射击、竞技、载具等内容了解深入，有完整的射击类游戏项目或模式开发经历者优先。
