1.负责游戏内商业化内容的整体规划与设计，包括AVATAR、外观资源及相关商品内容，确保方向与产品定位、用户审美及商业目标一致；输出主题创意与具体方案，并协同美术、开发等团队推进制作落地，把控进度与最终交付质量； 2.深度参与与IP方、发行方的沟通与监修对接工作，确保准确传达产品意图并有效推进落地；持续跟进反馈，协调资源、识别并解决风险，配合美术与APM团队，优化跨团队合作与制作流程，保障商业化内容稳定上线； 3.参与整体商业化内容体系优化，包括新商品类型与商品机制设计、商品特性与内容结构升级等，持续挖掘商业化增长空间并推动相关能力落地； 4.持续跟进上线后数据表现与用户反馈，驱动后续内容与机制迭代优化。 1.对年轻用户文化与内容消费趋势保持好奇心与高敏感，对手游商业化内容设计有深入理解；能洞察竞技类付费用户的审美趋势与消费诉求，并据此制定内容设计策略，输出高质量主题与内容方案； 2.熟悉游戏研发流程及美术资源生产流程，有完整项目跟进经验；逻辑清晰、细致有条理、责任心强，具备优秀的沟通与推进能力，能在多方协作、多任务并行与IP合作流程中进行高效沟通；有IP或多方合作项目经验者优先； 3.深度体验主流非数值竞技类游戏，对商业化内容与付费逻辑有系统理解；具备从整体商业化框架思考问题的能力。
