1.对端游现有游戏模式的关卡设计和制作（主要为PVE地图，AI，BOSS，各类事件等）：使用2D绘图软件设计关卡；使用3D引擎搭建关卡； 2.撰写模式玩法或者玩法元素模块的设计方案，制作模式地图，跟进程序功能、相关工具、美术资源等的实现与优化； 3.负责产品新模式的扩展设计和开发：分析市场，确定模式定位； 4.模式、关卡上线后的跟进：关注相关统计数据，调研问卷，论坛，游戏网站等体现具体使用情况和玩家反馈的来源；有必要时，根据数据和反馈来制定后续优化方案并跟进具体开发。 1.热爱各类游戏，尤其是主流射击类游戏、PVE游戏，有丰富的游戏阅历，且有较好的分析、理解能力； 2.两年以上游戏关卡设计师或相关从业经验； 3.参与过至少一款FPS/TPS的游戏项目开发； 4.有较强的文字表达能力，编写的方案要有较为严密的逻辑性和易读性； 5.熟悉一款2D绘图软件，可用其设计关卡平面图。
