1.店铺及品牌准入：负责店铺入驻基础规则体系的设计、以及品牌准入基础规则体系的搭建与维护，涵盖店铺命名规范与审核机制、主体资质标准、品牌授权链路管理、开店品牌验真流程等核心模块，推动规则标准化、产品化落地，保障店铺入驻的规范性与可执行性； 2.品牌规则管理：负责品牌分层规则体系的迭代与常态化维护，包括品牌力分层评估标准与持续迭代、以及禁售品牌池、大牌、大贸等特殊品牌规则的制定与持续优化； 3.权益规则管理：负责热招及年框等品牌应用的准入规范迭代与动态优化，以及品牌好友日、尖货新品、优质内容等品牌权益的准入规则制定，审核标准搭建及实施落地； 4.审核运营提效：统筹店铺/品牌审核台的规则培训、操作标准及审核链路搭建，持续迭代提升审核效率与准确率；根据case、客诉等优化审核规则及链路，提升审核效率与准确率； 5.风险合规保障：跟踪客诉数据指标，主动排查风险 case，将合规发现反哺至规则体系与审核链路，保障店铺与品牌管理全链路的合规安全。 1.本科及以上学历，1年以上互联网平台规则运营经验，有电商平台店铺/品牌/资质管理背景优先； 2.逻辑严密，具备规则体系化思维，能从平台治理与商家体验双重视角审视规则的合理性与可执行性； 3.沟通推动力强，能独立对接风控、合规、审核、产品等多方协作；抗压，能兼顾规则制定与日常运营。
