1.负责休闲竞技品类中，PVEVP的战斗玩法机制的设计，包括玩法规则、PVP战斗博弈、PVE玩点等创意设计、原型制作与全流程落地，为最终的竞技体验负责； 2.独立产出玩法规则、战斗体验设计、趣味机制设计等体验方案； 3.熟悉使用UE蓝图，能用AI coding辅助快速搭建玩法原型并敏捷迭代，验证设计的可行性与乐趣点； 4.与关卡、美术、程序紧密配合，落地成可玩、好看、能上线的成品。 1.4 年以上竞技类游戏战斗策划经验，完整负责过至少一款上线产品的PVP玩法或战斗模块，对pvp博弈有深刻理解； 2.熟练使用UE引擎，熟悉蓝图、GAS及AI行为树，能敏捷开发战斗玩法原型； 3.对合作PVE、不对称PVP等玩法体验有深入理解优化； 4.对战斗平衡性、PVP博弈有系统性认知。
