1.负责和平营地社区产品核心功能模块的策划设计，包括且不限于玩家成长体系、社交互动、内容展示、游戏数据打通等方向，独立完成从需求到方案的全流程设计； 2.深入拆解玩家需求与使用场景，输出清晰的功能逻辑、交互流程、状态流转与边界规则，撰写高质量需求文档与原型； 3.跟进功能开发全流程，与交互、UI、研发、测试紧密协作，把控实现细节与体验质量，推动功能高质量、按期上线； 4.建立功能核心指标，上线后持续跟踪数据表现，定位体验问题与优化点，形成"设计—验证—迭代"的闭环； 5.关注游戏社区、内容社交类竞品的功能设计，提炼优秀交互与逻辑方案，转化为可落地的功能优化。 1.热爱游戏，游戏经历丰富：对游戏有发自内心的热爱，拥有丰富的游戏经历，熟悉主流游戏品类与玩家文化，能站在玩家视角设计功能； 2.本科及以上学历，具备 1 年以上产品/功能策划相关经验（应届优秀者亦可考虑）； 3.具备强逻辑拆解能力，能把复杂需求拆成清晰的功能模块、流程分支与边界规则，考虑周全、无逻辑漏洞； 4.扎实的文档与原型能力，熟练使用 Axure、墨刀等工具，能让研发和设计"看得懂、不歧义"； 5.良好的跨团队沟通协调能力，和抗压能力，能在快节奏迭代中把控功能落地质量。
