1.负责《逆战：未来》商业化运营，与研发团队密切合作，推进商业化策划相关工作，包括但不限于功能及规则的设计、交互体验和视觉等工作； 2.根据游戏特点及市场情况，对商业化相关系统及道具迭代运营，从体验和收入的角度进行迭代升级、新的商业化体验探索等； 3.根据收入目标，完成商业化道具规划，并跟进资源投放和活动执行，包括跟进方案落地，根据用户反馈、数据分析、产品需求持续优化迭代，保证收入目标的达成。 1.本科及以上学历，有游戏商业化策划或运营工作经验，独立负责过完整的商业化系统相关的内容规划和落地迭代优先； 2.热爱游戏，熟悉PVE游戏数值设计思路，同时对资源投放有丰富经历，熟悉项目组内各环节研发和运营流程； 3.学习能力强，对新鲜事物抱有强烈的好奇心，有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，具备发现问题及推动问题解决能力。
