1.负责一站式特征平台的设计、研发与持续迭代，为算法团队提供特征生产、存储、上线、查询和管理的全链路服务； 2.构建高性能、高可用的流批一体特征存储平台，支持海量数据处理，保障高时效数据链路； 3.协同算法团队完成特征工程，支持多维特征构造与用户行为特征拼接，实现特征存储、版本管理等功能； 4.负责特征平台的任务、资源、成本等数据的收集与分析，开发自动化监控和展示功能，支持平台优化与决策。 1.本科及以上学历，计算机、电子通信或相关专业，3年以上平台化开发经验； 2.具备实时数据流系统开发经验，具备大规模存储系统设计经验，熟悉布式系统设计底层原理； 3.具备较强的业务沟通能力和跨团队协作能力，有较强的分析问题、解决问题和抗压能力； 4.具备特征工程、机器学习模型落地经验者优先，有广告、推荐等场景下的实时特征系统建设经验者优先； 5.该岗位支持base广州、成都、北京。
