1.负责无畏契约：源能行动渠道运营工作，能够基于游戏特色制定渠道运营策略，并完成落地，对渠道增长目标负责； 2.针对长线用户增长目标，挖掘并搭建适合游戏的发行工具与能力，协助落地增长专项，承担新进回流等核心数据目标； 3.负责版本宣发统筹工作，能够协同社区、市场、电竞等发行模块，完成版本宣发/节点宣发等工作； 4.熟悉游戏常规获客方式，落地素材制作、落地投放，数据回收等工作，根据数据分析、用户洞察等方式不断优化获客效率。 1.本科及以上学历，3年及以上游戏运营经验，且有丰富的内部合作经验，了解内外部平台规则及相关平台工具； 2.热爱FPS游戏，有至少2款FPS游戏深度经验，且有至少一款FPS手游经验；了解无畏契约IP，对游戏玩法有清晰认知； 3.具备用户思维，能洞察用户需求并有能力转化为可落地的方案； 4.有任意一项优先：AI应用能力、无畏契约端or手游高段位玩家、英语能力。
