1.负责制造业客户中国企业出海客户的拓展与经营，深入挖掘客户全球化业务需求，完成云计算、AI、大数据、安全等产品及解决方案的销售目标； 2.建立并维护客户关键决策层关系，联合架构师、产品及交付团队，为客户提供全球化数字化转型方案，推动项目落地及客户持续增长； 3.统筹商机全生命周期管理，负责客户挖掘、方案制定、商务谈判、合同签署及回款等关键环节，推动重大项目成交； 4.深入洞察行业发展趋势及客户业务变化，挖掘新的增长机会，推动行业标杆客户建设及解决方案复制； 5.协同产业链上下游伙伴及生态合作伙伴，共同拓展海外市场，持续提升腾讯云国际化业务影响力。 1.本科及以上学历，5年以上ToB销售经验，具备云计算、ICT、企业软件或数字化解决方案销售经验者优先； 2.熟悉云计算、AI、大数据、安全等领域，具备复杂解决方案销售经验，对主流云厂商产品及商业模式有较好的理解； 3.对消费电子、制造、能源、互联网等一个或多个行业有深入理解，具备行业客户资源或出海企业服务经验者优先； 4.具备优秀的客户经营、商务谈判及跨部门协同能力，能够独立推动复杂项目落地，并具备较强的目标导向、自驱力及抗压能力； 5.英语听说读写流利，有海外工作、学习经历或国际客户服务经验者优先。
