1.全面跟进处理游戏业务相关的各类诉讼案件，包括知识产权侵权、不正当竞争、合同纠纷等； 2.主要负责跟进涉外诉讼及维权工作，协同外部律师处理涉及海外法域的诉讼事务及维权法律行动，涵盖证据调取、文书送达、程序协调、英文法律文件起草与审查等； 3.对各类型诉讼案件及纠纷进行全面的法律分析，准确评估法律风险，结合业务诉求及境外法域特点制定完善的诉讼策略，并提供专业法律分析及建议； 4.统筹处理各类型侵权纠纷，综合运用行政举报、刑事控告、民事诉讼等多元维权手段，充分调度团队内外资源保护公司合法权益； 5.通过案件复盘、经验总结及方法论沉淀，帮助团队成员提升涉外诉讼处理能力，推动团队专业化建设。 1.法学本科及以上学历，通过国家司法考试，五年及以上法律工作经验，具有涉外诉讼案件处理经验者优先； 2.具有较强的诉讼能力，熟悉诉讼案件处理方法；具备应对网络游戏相关重大、复杂诉讼的优秀能力及方法论； 3.具有美国执业律师资格（US Bar Admission）者优先，可独立对接境外律师协同办案； 4.英语可作为工作语言，具备英文法律文件起草、审查、跨境法律检索及与境外律师沟通的能力； 5.具有网络游戏领域、大型律所或国际律所（跨境诉讼/知识产权方向）工作经验者优先。
