1.核心玩法设计：结合游戏世界观，负责射击PVPVE大地图内敌人、BOSS的玩法设计及落地跟进； 2.美学设计：和其他模块合作，推进大地图内敌人的概念设计、功能开发、动作、特效、故事背景全流程，对最终的美学品质负责； 3.产出大地图内敌人相关的玩法设计文档，能够利用蓝图、AIcoding实现基础的玩法原型； 4.负责大地图内敌人相关行为树及战斗系统的设计调试和后续维护，根据测试反馈不断调优； 5.完善大地图内敌人设计框架，提高管线的生产效率，沉淀相关方法论。 1.3年以上怪物、敌人等PVE设计相关经验，对射击游戏有深度了解，主导过射击PVE或者PVPVE的相关设计者优先（可附上相关设计稿，截图、视频或者链接）； 2.熟练使用UE蓝图，深度掌握敌人bot行为树设计，能够独立制作玩法原型； 3.熟悉写实题材者优先，具备一定美学鉴赏能力，有擅长的题材或风格； 4.逻辑思维缜密，能抗压，沟通力强。有较强的游戏拆解能力，对品质有极高的自我追求。
