1.核心动作设计与制作，独立负责主角、重要Boss及精英敌人的核心动作设计（写实风格），从概念构思到最终引擎实现； 2.熟练使用3ds Max、UE等3D动作相关软件，能够独立完成整套角色的动作设计与制作； 3.对运动规律有深刻理解，对于格斗类游戏需要有相应的体验，对pose及节奏需要有精确极致的把控，对镜头与构图有一定的理解； 4.设计方面需要有较深的经验积累，善于通过POSE造型表达角色个性，有差异化设计的意识，设计兼具视觉冲击力、操作手感、技能清晰度和性能平衡的动作方案； 5.理具备良好的语言表达能力及合作态度，进行整流程环节配合，完成产品的美术效果实现。 1.对各类生物的运动机制和表现有较强的理解，具备顶尖的关键帧动画制作能力，对重量感、节奏、pose张力有极致的追求和深刻的见解； 2.熟练运用动画运动规律，制作动画流畅，节奏准确，能抓住角色个性； 3.熟练运用3DSMax、Maya、MotionBuilder等动画制作流程相关软件，精通主流游戏引擎（如Unreal Engine 5或Unity）的动画系统（状态机、蓝图等）； 4.2年以上的工作经验，有主导或核心参与过3A级动作项目或动作表现顶尖的大型项目的经验加分。
