1.深入理解各形态Agentic Agent与大模型机制，重新定义Agent作为基本单元所需的能力体系，在沙箱运行、工具调用、记忆技能、网络治理、身份凭证、编排调度等方向上做出有判断力的架构决策； 2.主导打造业界领先的Agent Infra平台，覆盖大模型强化学习训练、Agentic Agent构建、Agent提效三大核心场景，深入理解大模型厂商、Agent服务商与千行百业企业客户的核心诉求，将其转化为平台差异化能力； 3.带领工程团队，以AI Native方式重塑研发与管理模式。 1.本科及以上学历，具备零基思维，深刻理解Agent自主性、代理性、认知能力与执行能力给Infra带来的全新挑战； 2.理解Harness Engine设计，能构建确定性、可观测、可评估的Agent执行框架； 3.深刻理解大模型原理，熟悉数据合成、评测、RL与推理加速等核心方向； 4.有扎实的系统工程背景，熟悉计算、网络、存储、容器至少一个方向，保持Builder心态，亲自参与一线开发； 5.持续跟踪Agent Infra前沿方向，对业界主流厂商的产品与架构演进有独立判断和洞察能力； 6.有构建知名agent或Agent Infra平台的实际经历。
