1.负责主角在游戏中的3C动画制作，包含Locomotion、人物交互等游戏内主角的各种战斗/非战斗行为动画； 2.负责游戏内人物与道具的表演动画，包含手势、道具检视等动画制作； 3.负责游戏内玩法交互制作，根据每个玩法策划案拆分并实现落地； 4.与策划、程序、技术美术（TA）高效协同，全程跟进动画资源从设计到实际落地的全流程。 1.具备清晰的主角3C逻辑，并能独立思考分析所要制作需求的实现方案； 2.具备2年以上动画制作经验或视效经验，其中包括1年以上写实风格动画项目经验，拥有UE5或UE4引擎使用背景； 3.熟练运用3DSMax、Maya、MotionBuilder等动画制作流程相关软件； 4.具备较强的学习意愿和良好的团队协作意识； 5.熟悉并热爱FPS游戏者优先，对动画以及表演有浓厚兴趣和执着追求者优先。
