1.负责游戏内的PVP及PVE关卡设计和制作，产出优秀的关卡白盒并协调下游团队完成设计闭环； 2.撰写并跟进关卡相关的功能和玩法功能，协调各个团队将功能设计落地，具有独立思考能力和持续调优的能力； 3.参与关卡编辑器工具的使用与优化，参与搭建高效的关卡制作工作流，提升研发效率。 1.大学本科及以上学历，一年以上游戏关卡设计师或相关从业经验； 2.热爱各类游戏，尤其是主流射击类游戏，有丰富的游戏阅历，深入玩过一款以上射击类手游，且对其关卡玩法内容有充分深入的分析和理解，对吃鸡类游戏有深度体验者优先； 3.能使用至少一款3D引擎/软件（Unity、UE、3dmax或其他），可用其搭建关卡场景白模，熟练掌握UE4者优先； 4.有较强的图文表达能力，设计方案要有较为严密的逻辑性和易读性； 5.善于快速迭代完善设计与制作，具备强大的自我驱动力，有良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力，抗压能力强； 6.参与过至少一款FPS/TPS的游戏项目开发，有完整的项目上线产品经验者优先。
