1.负责 UA 渠道内容素材策略，深耕小红书等新型渠道，沉淀可复用素材方向库，为投放/代理提供明确的内容方向； 2.主导电商内容转化，产出高转化内容模型，指导电商转化投放与商业化内容打法； 3.运营达人 UGC 带货生态，指导达人直播卖货，构建可复用的达人生态闭环； 4.作为投放到电商侧到达人的三方内容枢纽，向上给投放/代理指方向、向内帮电商提转化、向外把达人生态做成资产； 5.针对重点产品的新用户圈层拉新、内录拉新等课题做专项探索，主导内容数据复盘，持续放大内容带来的可归因增长。 1.本科及以上学历，3 年以上内容营销/渠道增长/达人运营相关经验，有游戏或泛娱乐行业背景优先； 2.内容功底扎实，懂平台调性，会写会拍会剪，具备成熟的内容方法论； 3.创意能力强，能从 0 想方向，把产品卖点翻译成用户听得懂、愿意信的语言； 4.达人沟通能力突出，能谈、能带、能建关系，深刻理解达人的生意逻辑； 5.数据敏感度高，看得懂投放/电商/UGC 数据，能用数据迭代内容、驱动决策； 6.具备跨团队协作能力，能高效对接投放、代理、电商、达人等多方，推动问题快速解决。
