1.负责互动影游项目的剧情架构设计：主线/支线/隐藏线编排、多结局与关键节点设计、玩家情绪节奏控制； 2.撰写剧情树脚本：包含分支选项、伏笔铺设、角色状态机与世界观一致性维护； 3.与AIGC视频团队协作，把剧情拆解为可拍摄的镜头与场景，并参与动态分镜打磨； 4.根据玩家测试反馈迭代剧情节奏和分支逻辑，参与世界观、角色人设、关键对白的打磨。 1.核心编剧能力：3年以上专业编剧经验（影视/动画/游戏/网剧任一），有署名代表作；剧情逻辑严密，多线交汇不漏线索，能写出"回头看有伏笔"的剧本；题材不限于单一类型（悬疑/科幻/现实/奇幻/历史等至少跨过2个品类）； 2.互动叙事思维：理解玩家视角，玩过至少3款有剧情深度的游戏，能讲清其剧情设计逻辑；玩过/了解互动影游、视觉小说、AVG等作品； 3.作品集强制：提供完整代表作剧本1份（不是节选），结构、人物、对白、节奏都经得起复盘和推敲； 4.有良好的协作能力和自我管理能力，能保质保量按节点交付。
