1.参与分布式事务存储引擎核心模块的架构设计与开发，方向涵盖 LSM Tree 内核、多模态存储、冷热分层等； 2.负责存储引擎关键路径的深度性能分析与优化，提升 TP 场景下的吞吐与尾延迟表现； 3.参与分布式事务机制的设计与实现，包括并发控制、锁管理、MVCC 等核心模块； 4.设计并落地基于多介质的智能冷热分层方案，在保障业务 SLA 的前提下最大化降低存储成本。 1.3年以上数据库内核、存储引擎或系统软件研发经验； 2.有 RocksDB / LevelDB 等 LSM Tree 存储引擎**源码级**开发或深度调优经验； 3.有 MySQL / CockroachDB / OceanBase / TiKV 等数据库内核开发经验，深入理解事务、MVCC、并发控制机制； 4.有分级存储、冷热分离或基于对象存储（S3/COS）的存储系统设计与开发经验； 5.对分布式系统有深入理解，熟悉 Raft / Paxos 协议及一致性模型； 6.有 SIGMOD / VLDB / ICDE 等数据库顶会论文发表，或在 RocksDB / TiKV 等知名开源项目有 Contributor 经验。
