1.熟练UE引擎，熟悉UE地图制作管理流程，对画面处理有较好理解和经验积累； 2.具有较强的学习能力，能快速适应不同的游戏风格的制作，需要对风格化PBR制作及材质表现有丰富的经验和理解，能独立完成高品质的地图编辑，灯光氛围等整体效果的把控； 3.熟练使用3D软件maya或3dmax，SP，熟悉PBR制作流程，能够独立把控场景模贴的品质并对在游戏最终呈现的效果负责；对于美术AI3d工作流有一定的探索及使用经验； 4.有FPS或3A游戏制作经验或者对高品质渲染有一定经验者优先考虑。 1.负责3D场景所有场景资源的品质把控以及资产管理。并能够较好的对外包进行技术指导及资产的反馈； 2.能够负责3D场景地图关卡编辑制作，参与项目风格探索及效果制定，独立完成场景的整体地图编辑及灯光氛围并落地到游戏版本内，要对游戏性能优化有一定的经验，能够和开发有效沟通并推进场景性能达到预期的性能标准。
