1.我们负责微信视频搜索全链路的算法优化，涵盖召回、排序、混排及用户体验等所有核心环节，提升用户搜索体验和留存等核心指标； 2.进一步探索大模型与海量数据深度结合，打造高效智能的下一代视频搜索范式，负责视频搜索-生成式召回工作，包括但不限于用户长短期行为兴趣建模、视频多模态语义理解、语义ID（SID）码本聚类与量化、基于大语言模型（LLM）或Encoder-Decoder架构，通过SFT（监督微调）和RL（强化学习/偏好优化，如GRPO）等方法，优化模型在搜索query和用户行为序列上自回归生成目标语义ID的能力，实现端到端的高效召回。 1.有较强的工程实现能力，熟悉C++、Python 和 Pytorch； 2.熟悉机器学习、深度学习和强化学习基础理论，对 RL 算法（如 PPO、DPO、GRPO 等） 有扎实理解和实践经验； 3.在生成式检索或生成式推荐方向有实践落地。
