1.负责将前沿AI技术系统化融入传统影视制作流程，在确保创作质量与安全合规的前提下，实现提质、降本、增效； 2.与导演、编剧、摄像、后期、制片人等多角色沟通协调，提供AI解决方案和建议； 3.梳理现有制片全流程，设计并落地AI赋能解决方案，建设AI工具体系； 4.构建面向影视制作的AIGC管线，并参与头部S级电视剧、动画的AI制作，探索从创意生成到生产执行的智能化链路。 1.本科及以上学历，影视技术、智能影像艺术、设计、动画等相关专业优先，熟悉影视制片全流程，有影视/广告/内容制作相关经验； 2.对AIGC与影视技术有系统理解，具备将AI嵌入实际生产的落地经验。熟悉主流AI创作工具和平台，对图像、视频生成类工具有实践经验，如Stable Diffusion、Midjourney、Veo3、Runway等，有影视制作如摄影指导、视频剪辑、后期视效相关经验者优先； 3.具备内容审美与质量把控能力，理解镜头语言、剪辑逻辑。
